'Conflict of Laws Regarding Foundations and Freedom of Establishment. The Foundation Law in the Light of Private international Law and Public International Law': The thesis focusses on Private International Law and Public International Law concerning foundations (¿conflict of laws regarding foundations¿). A separate analysation of the influence of freedom of establishment is discussed. In addition the fundamentals of German foundation law and international company law are analysed. This work raises the question of whether the ¿conflict of laws regarding foundations¿ has been unjustly neglected in legal academia.
