Für die 16. Auflage wurde das Buch neu überarbeitet, die neuesten Examensklausuren bis Anfang 2026 ausgewertet und die aktuelle prüfungsrelevante Rechtsprechung umfassend eingearbeitet.

Das Erfolgskonzept:

Die strafrechtliche Revisionsklausur ist ein zentraler Prüfungsgegenstand im Zweiten Staatsexamen. Für dieses Lernbuch werden die revisionsrechtlichen Themen sämtlicher ca. 220 im Ursprung zwar nordrhein-westfälischer - aber bundesweit relevanter - Examensklausuren zur strafprozessualen Revision seit 1994 lückenlos und klar strukturiert empirisch ausgewertet. Neben den prüfungsrelevanten verfahrensrechtlichen Fragen sind im Unterschied zu anderen Lehrbüchern mit ähnlicher Zielsetzung auch die revisionsrechtlich bedeutsamen sachlich-rechtlichen Zusammenhänge umfassend dargestellt, da diese in Prüfungen erfahrungsgemäß besondere Schwierigkeiten bereiten. Wegen seines somit originalgetreuen "Abdrucks" der Prüfungswirklichkeit bietet das Werk Referendarinnen und Referendaren eine optimale Vorbereitungsmöglichkeit für Klausur und Examen.

Um das Erkennen der Probleme im konkreten Klausurfall zu trainieren, werden bei der Darstellung der jeweiligen Einzelfragen die maßgeblichen Passagen aus dem Original-Klausurtext detailgetreu wiedergegeben. Ebenso eingeübt wird der sichere Umgang mit den Kommentaren von Meyer-Goßner/Schmitt und Fischer, die bei den Aufsichtsarbeiten als Hilfsmittel zugelassen sind. Neben Aufbau- und Darstellungstipps enthält das Buch zahlreiche Hinweise auf typische Klausurfehler und Möglichkeiten ihrer Vermeidung sowie die Wahrnehmungen und Erwartungen der Prüfer im Benotungsprozess.
