'Special Cases of Limited Partner Liability on Transfer of Shares. With Particular Consideration of Registration Errors and Subsequent Liability': The thesis examines special cases of limited partners' liability on transfer of shares, in which unsolved liability issues and risks arise. Main topics are the analysis of the legal consequences resulting from registration errors and the extent to which the purchaser of a share assumes the liability position of the seller. Further, it examines the effects of the legal amendments introduced by the Act to Modernize Partnership Law (MoPeG) and the resulting new legal issues.
