The thesis shows that, under certain circumstances, competitors in a bidding cartel may be entitled to cartel damages pursuant to Section 33a (1) of the Competition Act (GWB). The focus of the study is on the examination of the entitlement to claim as well as on the question of the occurrence of damages.
