Red Biotechnology Between Innovation and Ethics. Human Embryo Editing

In diesem dynamischen Umfeld sind Innovationen von entscheidender Bedeutung, um sich den veränderten Marktbedingungen anzupassen und Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erlangen. Die Zukunftsforschung eröffnet Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, nicht nur zukünftige Entwicklungen vorherzusehen, sondern aktiv an der Gestaltung dieser Zukunft teilzunehmen.Die vorliegende Fallstudie widmet sich einer traditionsreichen Schokoladenmanufaktur, die sich in einem hochpreisigen Segment durch die Herstellung von Pralinen, Schokoladen und Brotaufstrichen für Feinschmecker positioniert. Trotz des kontinuierlichen Wachstums des Unternehmens sehen sich die beiden Gründerinnen mit verschiedenen Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Neben dem Mangel an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften stellen auch globale Lieferketten für essentielle Rohstoffe wie Kakao und Zucker eine zentrale Problemstellung dar. Zusätzlich herrschen Meinungsverschiedenheiten bezüglich der zukünftigen strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens, insbesondere in Bezug auf das Bild des zukünftigen Schokoladenliebhabers.Im Fokus dieser Arbeit stehen daher folgende Zukunftsfragen: Wie kann die Schokoladenmanufaktur den anhaltenden Mangel an Fachkräften bewältigen und gleichzeitig die hohe Qualität ihrer Produkte aufrechterhalten? Auf welche Weise können die Lieferketten für essentielle Rohstoffe wie Kakao und Zucker optimiert werden, um die Produktqualität zu verbessern und gleichzeitig die Kosten zu senken? Welche neuen Produkte oder Dienstleistungen kann die Schokoladenmanufaktur entwickeln, um sich von der Konkurrenz abzuheben und neue Kunden zu gewinnen?Die Erarbeitung möglicher Zukunftsszenarien bietet nicht nur Orientierung, sondern auch eine fundierte Basis für die strategische Planung des Unternehmens. Durch die Anwendung von Zukunftsforschungsmethoden können potenzielle Chancen identifiziert und Risiken minimiert werden, um eine nachhaltige Entwicklung zu gewährleisten. Im weiteren Verlauf dieser Arbeit werden zunächst die theoretischen Grundlagen der Zukunftsforschung erarbeitet, gefolgt von einer methodischen Anwendung auf die spezifischen Herausforderungen der Schokoladenmanufaktur. Eine kritische Diskussion der Ergebnisse sowie ein abschließendes Fazit und Ausblick runden die Arbeit ab.

Etude Scientifique de l'année 2026 dans le domaine Economie politique - Economie de l'innovation, , langue: français, résumé: Nous vivons une ère où l'accumulation des innovations technologiques coexiste avec l'effondrement de nombreux systèmes vitaux : écosystèmes, gouvernances, santé mentale, éducation, valeurs, solidarités. Le XXIe siècle est caractérisé par une inflation de solutions sans transformations réelles. Les discours sur l'' innovation ' dominent, mais les structures de domination, d'exclusion, de dépendance et d'aliénation persistent. Nous faisons face à une crise systémique de l'intelligence appliquée au changement.

Dans ce contexte, l'Innovationologie - science transdisciplinaire de l'innovation complexe et transformationnelle - apparaît comme une réponse radicale à la crise des paradigmes. Elle ne se contente pas de produire de nouvelles idées : elle conçoit les conditions épistémiques, spirituelles, sociales, écologiques et technologiques de la transformation réelle.

Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2024 im Fachbereich VWL - Innovationsökonomik, Note: 1,7, Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (Betriebswirtschaftslehre), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit der Fragestellung, welche Künstliche Intelligenz (KI)-basierten Innovationspotentiale in verschiedenen Industriezweigen entstehen können und welche Rahmenbedingungen für diese Transformation geschaffen werden müssen. Als Grundbau dient hierfür das innovative Ökosystem. Durch ein dynamisches Netzwerk aus verschiedenen Akteuren und Entitäten, die ihre gemeinsamen Ressourcen bündeln, werden bestehende Geschäftsbereiche nachhaltig transformiert und neue Marktpotentiale erschlossen. Anschließend versuche ich die Fragestellung zu beantworten, welche Auswirkungen die Regulierung von KI auf die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovationskompetenz auf Unternehmen hat. Der "Artificial Intelligence Act", der im Jahr 2021 veröffentlicht wurde, bildet hierbei den zentralen rechtlichen Rahmen. Die große Herausforderung besteht darin, einen ausgewogenen Regulierungsansatz zu entwickeln, der einerseits das Innovationswachstum nicht verlangsamt und gleichzeitig verschiedene Gefahrenpotentiale von KI unterbindet. Darauf bezogen ist die Entwicklung einer kollektiven Regulierungsstrategie der Privatwirtschaft und der Regulierungsbehörden unerlässlich für die Errichtung eines innovativen KI-Standorts in Europa. Die Transformation von der bestehenden Industriestruktur, hin zu einer KI-basierten Industrie 4.0 wird zu ungeahnten Innovations- und Wachstumschancen beitragen und das Industriegefüge nachhaltig revolutionieren.

It encompasses the development of biopharmaceuticals, gene therapies, and personalized medicine strategies that are reshaping treatment approaches for numerous diseases. This seminar paper aims to examine the relationship of ethical public concerns and their influence on innovation in these fields The global biotechnology sector has experienced rapid growth, driven by advances in molecular biology, genetic engineering, and bioinformatics. Despite its enormous potential, red biotechnology also faces considerable challenges such as high research and development costs, ethical and regulatory complexity, and unequal access to advanced therapies.


This paper also aims to examine whether there's a correlation between the ethical acceptance of human embryo genome editing, trust in regulatory institutions, and the benefit perception. This relationship is investigated among 109 medicine students at the University of Ulm through a quantitative survey. Core questions in the survey were whether they are willing to use techniques of gene editing and especially gene editing of embryos. This was tested under different risk factors. Finally, all participants were asked an open question about what they perceive as the biggest problem with human embryo gene editing.
