Nachrichtendienste und bewaffnete Konflikte

German intelligence services are integrated into military reconnaissance in a variety of ways and as such are placed alongside the Bundeswehr's own structures. The Bundesnachrichtendienst, for example, also acts as the military foreign intelligence service. The contributions collected here shed light on this cross-sectional topic of security law, which so far has only partially been explored. This volume documents the results of the 5th Symposium on the Law of Intelligence Services, which took place in Berlin from 21 to 22 March 2024.
