Dieses Fachbuch widmet sich der Mitarbeitermotivation und Mitarbeiterbindung aus der Sicht zukünftiger Fach- und Führungskräfte. Basierend auf einer Studie werden zentrale Gestaltungselemente für einen Motivationsrahmen zukünftiger Fach- und Führungskräfte verdeutlicht. Hierzu zählen eine angemessene Vergütung, Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Karriereunterstützung, gesundheitliche Förderungen, Kinderbetreuung, interessante Tätigkeiten, Freiraum und Eigenverantwortung. Ebenso spielen Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Arbeitsstandort, Home-Office, ein qualifiziertes Erscheinungsbild, Arbeitszeitregeln und eine wertschätzende Arbeitskultur eine wichtige Rolle. Es werden auch Kriterien aufgezeigt, die einer längerfristigen Arbeitgeberbindung entgegenwirken. Das Werk enthält darüber hinaus Gestaltungsempfehlungen für die Führung und Motivation junger Fach- und Führungskräfte. Hierzu gehört u.a. ein Modell der Mitarbeitermotivation und Mitarbeiterbindung und die Motivation mittels Entwicklungspfade für Fachspezialisten und Führungskräfte.
Für die erweiterte 2. Auflage wurde ein Kapitel mit den Ergebnissen und Auswertungen einer explorativen Studie ergänzt: Studierende geben ausführlich Antwort auf die Frage „Was motiviert dich bzw. Sie besonders, eine hohe Leistungsmotivation zu entwickeln?“ Die Antworten geben einen wertvollen Einblick darin, wie junge Menschen heute denken – und was Unternehmen sowie Führungskräfte berücksichtigen sollten, um die nächste Generation von Fach- und Führungskräften für sich zu gewinnen.
Der AutorProf. Dr. Enrico Sass ist Inhaber der Professur für Existenzgründung und Managementtechniken an der Fachhochschule Potsdam. Zudem leitet er die zentrale Einrichtung Gründungsservice und Managementqualifikation (ZEGM) an der Fachhochschule Potsdam.

 Vincenza Vota 
 holds a PhD in Management, Finance and Accounting from the LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University, Italy. She is currently involved in the NODES project, funded under the PNRR, where she works on sustainability, innovation, and responsible consumption models. Her research, covering topics such as Social Corporate Responsibility, SDGs, sustainable food consumption and the Circular Economy, has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, and she has contributed to various edited volumes.
 Giada Canziani 
 has an interdisciplinary background and a marked interest in innovation-driven economic development. Currently engaged at the

In the economic and political contexts of reduced art funding, the book takes an objective, pragmatic and heterodox approach to demonstrate how financial sustainability in the arts can be achieved via a range of top-down and bottom-up mechanisms which are valued either in terms of institutional or crowd-based legitimacy. &nbsp;The book aims to offer both a scholarly interpretation of established and emerging funding and financing practices within the cultural and creative sector, as well as guidance for artists, creators, and cultural programmers through various case studies and multiple examples of current practices. Contributions are divided into three sections. Section one outlines the most important traditional tools and models, while the second part covers the key contemporary practices premised on the use of digital platforms, and the final part introduces several case studies. The objective of this volume is to demonstrate that while traditional models show no signs of being supplanted, digitalisation has facilitated the emergence of new forms. Such an evolution has consequences for creators of works as well as those willing to support them.
