Thematisch geht es auf 'Die Maschinen wollen leben' wieder postapokalyptisch und dystopisch zur Sache, wobei der Fokus diesmal auf dem angespannten Verhältnis zwischen Menschen und Maschinen, und wachsenden der Macht der Künstlicher Intelligenz liegt. Als Ergänzung dazu deckt die Band mit sozialkritischen Momentaufnahmen und pointierten Texten genau auf, welche Missstände und Auswüchse der Gegenwart den Grundstein für das Hightech-Armageddon bilden.
