La formation professionnelle par apprentissage

Mohamed SOGODOGO a suivi des études universitaires à Bamako, Paris et Dakar. Il possède un riche parcours qu'il a acquis entre autres au sein de l'Agence pour la Promotion de l'Emploi des Jeunes (APEJ), de la Fédération Nationale des Artisans du Mali (CT/FNAM), de SWISSCONTACT (FIBANI/PAFP), du projet EJOM (Consortium SNV-APEJ), du Projet Amélioration de la Compétitivité des Entreprises par la Formation Professionnelle (ACEFOR2/MENEFP) et de PROMAN (DDRK-Kidal/DDRG-Gao). Il est imprégné des dynamiques du développement économique régional car il a participé de manière significative, en tant que chargé de formation professionnelle puis conseiller technique, chargé du développement social et culturel au Conseil Régional de Sikasso, à l'élaboration et à la concrétisation de documents stratégiques majeurs notamment la 1ère génération du Schéma Directeur Régional de la Formation Professionnelle et Technique pour l'Emploi. La diversité de son expérience témoigne de son engagement continu dans des initiatives liées à la formation professionnelle, à l'entrepreneuriat, à l'emploi et au développement économique régional. Mohamed SOGODOGO pursued university studies in Bamako, Paris, and Dakar. He has a wealth of experience gained through his work with organizations including the Agency for the Promotion of Youth Employment (APEJ), the National Federation of Artisans of Mali (CT/FNAM), SWISSCONTACT (FIBANI/PAFP), the EJOM project (SNV-APEJ Consortium), the Project for Improving Business Competitiveness through Vocational Training (ACEFOR2/MENEFP), and PROMAN (DDRK-Kidal/DDRG-Gao). He is deeply familiar with the dynamics of regional economic development, having played a significant role, first as a vocational training officer and then as a technical advisor responsible for social and cultural development at the Sikasso Regional Council, in the development and implementation of key strategic documents, notably the first generation of the Regional Master Plan for Vocational and Technical Training for Employment. The diversity of his experience testifies to his continuous commitment to initiatives related to vocational training, entrepreneurship, employment and regional economic development.
