I began posting videos online during the pandemic in order to help my followers improve their mental health and boost their confidence. It was a time of great uncertainty and insecurity, and I was lucky enough to be able to speak to and help millions through my channels.

My life goal is to lead people to overcome the obstacles that hold them back, and so I have finally decided it's time to write a book that captures and builds on what I have learnt.
