'Realisation of Fundamental Rights in Digital Contexts': In light of the ongoing digital transformation, the question of whether the fundamental rights are fit for the future arises. The process of change initiated by digital technologies goes beyond the mechanisation of known facts and, as a socio-technical phenomenon, also poses challenges to the rule of law. The study examines the realisation of fundamental rights in digital contexts and - where necessary - identifies opportunities for optimisation.
