Eine empirische Analyse

Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2024 im Fachbereich BWL - Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Note: 1,3, AKAD University, ehem. AKAD Fachhochschule Stuttgart, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die aktuelle wirtschaftliche Situation, gestiegene Energiekosten, Inflation, Personalkostensteigerungen und Fachkräftemangel zwingt Unternehmen zum Handeln. Um diesen Herausforderungen entgegenzutreten, nutzen große Unternehmen, insbesondere multinationale Konzerne, bereits seit vielen Jahren sehr erfolgreich das Shared Service Center Konzept. Durch die Bündelung von Prozessen, speziell im Finanzbereich, lassen sich Verwaltungskosten senken und in Kombination mit der Digitalisierung Personalengpässe besser bewältigen. Für die erfolgreiche Führung eines Finance Shared Service Centers ist die Erzielung von nachhaltigen Kosteneinsparungen unerlässlich, was eine kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Produktivität erfordert. Gleichzeitig ist es wichtig, eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele bieten sich insbesondere die neuesten technologischen Entwicklungen der künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) an.

Die untersuchte Forschungsfrage lautete daher: Wie lässt sich KI erfolgreich zur Prozessoptimierung bei einem Finance Shared Service Center einsetzen?

Das Ziel der Arbeit war die detaillierte Analyse des Einsatzes von künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) zur Optimierung von Prozessen in einem Finance Shared Service Center. Diese Analyse zeigt auf, wie der Einsatz von KI die Produktivität und Effizienz sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit in einem Finance Shared Service Center erhöhen kann. Zudem wurden die sich daraus ergebenden Vorteile, die Herausforderungen und Risiken einer KI-Implementierung sowie die Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung untersucht und dargelegt. 
Zur Unterstützung der Analyse des spezifischen Einsatzes von KI in einem Finance Shared Service Center sowie der daraus resultierenden Vorteile, Risiken und Herausforderungen wurde ein Online-Fragebogen entwickelt, dessen Methodik in der Arbeit näher erläutert wird. Der Fragebogen ist im Anhang der Arbeit ersichtlich.
