Jan needs a change in his superficial life. Fresh impressions, new contacts - that's what he hopes to gain from an invitation to dinner that he extends. Two familiar faces, two surprise guests, good food, fine wine. What sounds like a recipe for a successful evening turns out to be an explosive mixture. Jan and his guests are horrified to discover how much hatred and revenge are simmering beneath the surface and how far each of them would be willing to go.
