Learning from the global leaders

Esta investigación, titulada 'Modelización organizativa sobre sostenibilidad social', explora y analiza la bibliografía contemporánea sobre organización (2010-2015) con el fin de trazar los modelos organizativos clave en materia de sostenibilidad social para las partes interesadas de las organizaciones. En un contexto en el que hay pocos estudios sobre sostenibilidad social y en el que los modelos existentes son dispersos y desorganizados, y abordan cuestiones multifacéticas para las partes interesadas de las organizaciones, esta investigación contribuye a avanzar en el discurso de la investigación organizativa en el contexto de la modelización organizativa sobre sostenibilidad social. Bajo el diseño de investigación de revisión bibliográfica, el tipo de datos y el análisis de este estudio son cualitativos, con un alto nivel de inductividad, seguidos de enfoques sistemáticos de búsqueda bibliográfica, la creación de una base bibliográfica que comprende 70 artículos temáticos y, por lo tanto, el análisis de los 14 modelos principales desde puntos de vista críticos realistas. Por último, en el marco de la elaboración de un mapa de los modelos seleccionados, se analizan las principales conclusiones de la investigación organizando los modelos que abordan aspectos multifacéticos de la sostenibilidad social desde perspectivas de liderazgo y organizativas, y revelando críticamente patrones importantes de los modelos.

Lorenza Monaco&nbsp;(Phd SOAS, London) is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, University College London, a Senior Research Associate at SarchI Industrial Development, University of Johannesburg, and part of GERPISA. She works on the political economy of industrial development in emerging economies, with a special focus on the automotive industry.
Martin Schröder&nbsp;is Associate Professor at the College of Policy Science, Ritsumeikan University, Japan, and Visiting Researcher at the Research Institute of Automobile and Parts Industries, Waseda University, Japan. His research interests are regional economic integration in ASEAN, the political economy of the automotive industry, and digitalisation in the automotive industry.

Cet ouvrage tente d'examiner de manière empirique l'influence des récompenses sur l'amélioration de la performance des employés, ainsi que de déterminer les principes d'approches efficaces en matière de gestion de la performance à l'université Koya de la région du Kurdistan irakien. Un questionnaire d'enquête a été élaboré à l'aide de Google Form et distribué aux employés. 72 employés ont répondu au questionnaire et sept employés ont également été interrogés dans le cadre d'entretiens semi-structurés. Les données obtenues à partir du questionnaire ont été analysées quantitativement à l'aide du programme SPSS version 20 pour les outils statistiques descriptifs et inférentiels. En outre, les données recueillies lors des entretiens semi-structurés ont été analysées qualitativement à l'aide du logiciel HyperResearch. Les résultats de cet ouvrage ont révélé qu'il existe une relation positive significative mais faible entre la rémunération au mérite, les avantages non monétaires, le salaire, les avantages sociaux, les besoins des employés et la performance des employés. Il existe une relation négative entre les primes et les incitations et les performances des employés. Cependant, on peut remarquer que les performances individuelles ne sont pas récompensées de manière adéquate et que les employés n'ont pas reçu une formation suffisante pour améliorer leurs performances.
