Problem-Oriented Policing

Drawing on new data and case analyses, Ryan J. Rebe provides substantial evidence that justices vote their partisan preferences on election law cases. By focusing specifically on election law, Rebe reveals a consistent pattern of partisanship on the Court. The findings controvert popular perceptions of non-biased decision-making and notions of fundamental fairness. The aggregate analysis shows that justices vote along party-lines in a majority of election law cases, and consensus-building is rare when there is a contentious electoral issue at stake. Exploring topics such as gerrymandering, campaign finance, voter ID laws, and presidential immunity, Rebe demonstrates that Supreme Court decisions often conflict with principles of stare decisis, originalism, and judicial restraint. Rebe also conducts a content analysis of the most controversial election law cases of the past twenty-five years, including Crawford v. Marion County, Citizens United v. FEC, Shelby County v. Holder, and Trump v. United States. In doing so, the book provides a thorough overview of over two decades of election law cases and sheds light on the ways these cases have reshaped America's electoral institutions.

Debating Planetary Politics offers a range of perspectives that together provide a comprehensive overview of the issues and ideas central to the emerging field of planetary politics, giving due attention to its history, while primarily and uniquely advancing the contemporary state of the debate.An eco-centric planetary politics first became a prospective new turn for the world politics of humanity when scientists around 1970 discovered that the Earth system, including its biospheric ecology, exists in a biogeochemical composition which enables and furthers the conditions for life on this planet, and that our species is causing an Earth system crisis that is jeopardizing planetary habitability. The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State is an 1884 philosophical treatise by Friedrich Engels. It is partially based on notes by Karl Marx to Lewis H. Morgan's book Ancient Society (1877). The book is an early historical materialist work and is regarded as one of the first major works on family economics.

The writing of The Origin of the Family began in early April 1884, and was completed on 26 May. Engels began work on the treatise after reading Marx's handwritten synopsis of Lewis H. Morgan's Ancient Society; or, Researches in the Lines of Human Progress from Savagery, Through Barbarism to Civilization, first published in London in 1877. Engels believed that Marx had intended to create a critical book-length treatment of the ideas suggested by Morgan, and aimed to produce such a manuscript to fulfill his late comrade's wishes

These stereotypes don't reflect the extraordinary impacts of Italian American individuals of all ages and economic backgrounds on the cultural and economic advancement of the United States to address this, the Italian American Reputation Lab (IARL) is presenting an analytic report on how the historical and current Italian diaspora depict a very different narrative than the mainstream media of how Italian-Americans have contributed to shaping the cultural and economic fabric of the United States.

Davide Ippolito is one of the foremost international experts on Reputation Literacy, Reputation Management, and Contents Creation. He's a publisher, a filmmaker, and a producer of both feature films and documentaries which are available on Amazon Prime and Pluto. Founder of the streaming media platform Business+, he serves as the Chief Scientific Officer for the USA-based Italian American Reputation Lab (IARL). For a decade Ippolito consulted with prominent Italian organizations and media/TV outlets operating in the diplomatic, academic, and industrial sectors. Against Stereotypes - The Real Reputation of Italian American
