Gleichzeitig bittet das Haus Ecaz die Spielercharaktere um Hilfe, um einen Schlag gegen das Haus Harkonnen zu führen, aus Rache für dessen Rolle im Krieg zwischen Ecaz und Moritani. Rachefeldzug um Rachefeldzug reiht sich aneinander und gipfelt in einem brutalen Konflikt auf Arrakis. - 
 Akt II:
 Muad'Dib: Arrakis ist wieder unter der Kontrolle der Harkonnen, und es scheint, dass alles so ist, wie es sein sollte. Doch es gibt Gerüchte über einen neuen Anführer der Fremen, der die Stämme vereinigt, und die Harkonnen können das Problem nicht eindämmen. MAFEA bittet die Spielercharaktere, dem nachzugehen, und die Geheimnisse, die sie entdecken, werden das Imperium erschüttern. - 
 Akt III:
 Das Ende des Imperiums: Die Gewürzproduktion ist zum Erliegen gekommen und alle Augen richten sich auf Arrakis.
