Luigi Nasta is an Assistant Professor of Management at John Cabot University (Rome, Italy). Additionally, he serves as a Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School (Rome, Italy), with a focus on research activities within the Creative Industry Competence Center. He was a visiting researcher at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation (CCI) at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Final münden diese Fragestellungen im zentralen Forschungsschwerpunkt, indem der Einfluss der nachhaltigen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens auf das Engagement der Mitarbeitenden untersucht wurde. Die Ergebnisse liefern auf der einen Seite engagementbezogene Faktoren wie Hingabe, Aufgehen in der Arbeit, gesteigerte Motivation oder eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit als einflussreiche Aspekte bezüglich der Arbeit, die von der Nachhaltigkeit geprägt waren. Zudem wurde auch eine kognitive Beeinflussung, vermehrte Freude an der Arbeit und sichtbare Verhaltensweisen als nachhaltigkeitsgeprägte Einflussfaktoren auf das Arbeitsengagement für die Organisation entdeckt.
