An Examination of the Special Corporate Law with Emphasis on the Capital Increase under Stock Corporation Law«: This thesis examines the corporate law modifications enacted by the German legislature in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the related challenges for business practices. The author conducts a thorough analysis of the crisis regulations and concludes that, with few exceptions, the special legislation constitutes an effective response to the crisis situation and provides valuable impetus for conceptual advancements in stock corporation law.
