Resilience and Strategy Execution in Public Organisations

Public organizations are often not at the centre of management studies, at the same time they are the engines of a good functioning society. In this research, organisational resilience and strategy execution are studied in the context of Italian municipalities. The thesis explores traits and characteristics allowing municipalities to&nbsp;successfully&nbsp;adapt to changes. Important results are the practical recommendations that will&nbsp;enable&nbsp;the&nbsp;strengthening&nbsp;of&nbsp;organisational resilience and execution characteristics.
