Following a new McKinsey Global Survey, 80% organizations hardly make strategic solution-oriented decisions probably due to how workplace justice is applied on the rank-and-file staff involvement. Upon this backdrop, this book integrates procedural justice and employee participation to determine decision-making effectiveness. The book, after an elaborate literature review adopted the quantitative methodology and survey design to thoroughly carryout its investigations. The study demonstrated significant findings among the relationships of the framework.
