Paul Conway Leahy (February 9, 1904 - July 3, 1966) was a United States federal judge.Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Leahy received a B.S. from the University of Delaware in 1926 and an LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1929. He was in private practice in Wilmington, Delaware from 1929 to 1942.On December 23, 1941, Leahy was nominated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware vacated by John P. Nields.
