Das wiederum zieht Fehler, Widersprüche, Dilemmata, aber auch Träume, Visionen und Halluzinationen nach sich. Stefan Kühl macht etwa auf die Funktion von Regelbrüchen in Organisationen aufmerksam. Stefan Kaduk und Dirk Osmetz betonen die Ambivalenz von Regeln, die die Dinge oftmals nicht regeln, sondern verhindern. Markus Hinterleitner verteidigt die Bürokratie gegen naive Kritik. Es ist schon fast eine ausgemachte Regel, Bürokratie unter Verdacht zu stellen. Min Luo beschreibt, wie neuere Entwicklungen der KI beitragen, den Bereich des Sagbaren zugleich zu erweitern und zu beschränken.
