SAP S/4HANA Finance – Customizing

Nach einer von Enthusiasmus geprägten Phase Ende der 1990er Jahre hat sich in Deutschland eine nachhaltige Ernüchterung hinsichtlich der Attraktivität von Venture Capital-Investments eingestellt. Statistiken belegen, dass deutsche Gesellschaften im internationalen Vergleich mit Abstand die höchsten Abschreibungsquoten aufweisen - bei einem gleichzeitig unterentwickelten Markt. Das lässt auf Defizite im Management der Beteiligungen durch Venture Capital-Gesellschaften schließen.
 
 Auf der Basis einer umfangreichen empirischen Studie prüft Carsten Baumgärtner Hypothesen, die aus Theorie und bereits vorliegenden - vorwiegend angelsächsischen - Untersuchungen abgeleitet wurden. 
 
 Die Verifizierung bzw. Falsifizierung der getesteten Hypothesen schafft die Basis für die Entwicklung von Ansatzpunkten für die Verbesserung der Portfoliosteuerung von Venture Capital-Gesellschaften. Abschließend werden konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die künftige Ausrichtung sowohl der Gesamtportfolio- als auch die Einzelbeteiligungsebene entwickelt.
