Grundkurs Strafrecht

This textbook systematically introduces the problems of the individual criminal offences in the special part of the German Criminal Code (StGB). The main focus of the presentation is the scope of protection of the individual legal objects and the diverse ways in which offences can occur. The goal of this introduction is to make the reader aware of the essential problems and the problem solving possibilities, to practice the independent examination of criminal law problems, and to present further ways in which to gain a deeper understanding of the material.
