Föderalisierung des Versammlungsrechts

Einheit und Vielfalt der Landesversammlungsgesetze nach der Föderalismusreform

»Federalization of the Right of Assembly. Unity and Diversity of State Assembly Laws after the Federalism Reform«: The »Federalism Reform I« aimed to partially reverse the trend towards a »unitarian federal state«. One example of this is the transfer of regulatory authority for the right of assembly from the federal government to the federal states. Whether the right of assembly is a suitable candidate to achieve this goal was examined here, since the states` standardization options for independent regulations are limited due to the Basic Law as well as their own state constitutions and other requirements.
