'The Effectiveness of Selected Legislative Measures to Strengthen Organizational Integrity': The thesis deals with the question of what measures the legislator can take to strengthen the internalization of rules by organizations. Therefore, the author elaborates the difference between compliance and integrity. Eight legislative measures are then evaluated from a legal perspective, taking findings from economics, psychology and ethics into account. Finally, a package of measures is proposed which is characterized by clear legal requirements and incentives for internal company measures.
