'Judicial Review of Medical Treatment Decisions. Evaluating the Business Judgment Rule as a Model for Reform in Medical Malpractice Law': The thesis analyses the judicial review of decisions on medical treatment in the context of the current challenges facing the German healthcare system - in particular, personnel, time, and financial constraints. It examines whether the business judgment rule can be applied to medical practice as a liability protection mechanism in order to identify possible reforms in medical malpractice law.
