Dezentrale Autonome Organisationen (DAOs)
Internationale Zuständigkeit, anwendbares Recht, "lex cryptographica" und Blockchain Arbitration
'Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs). International jurisdiction, conflict of laws, ¿lex cryptographicä and Blockchain Arbitration': The thesis addresses the challenges of conflict of laws and international jurisdiction in connection with the pseudonymity of DAO members and the decentralization of DAOs. Two potential solutions are considered: the law of the blockchain's code and the practices of its network participants (so-called lex cryptographica), and blockchain-internal dispute resolution through Blockchain Arbitration procedures.
