'The Single-Company Commercial Agent in German law. A Legal History Study': This legal history study traces, in particular, the avenues repeatedly explored by the German legislature to provide specific labour law protection for the special type of single-company commercial agent, both procedurally and substantively. It illuminates why this goal has so far been missed and explains how, in the author's view, the standing of low-earning single-company commercial agents to bring legal action in labour courts has systematically been rendered meaningless.
