Copilot for HR

You do not need to learn AI. You need to hand over six tasks properly.

Every other guide in this category promises to make you a prompt engineer. That advice is left over from the empty chatwindow, where the prompt had to carry everything - persona, background, invented experience.

Copilot is not an empty window. It stands inside your document, your mail thread, your meeting. Most of what thoseelaborate prompts carry, it already has. What works instead is duller: name the task, the source, the shape of the answer, and the one thing it must not do.

The Four-Sentence Frame is the alternative - one task, one source, one shape, one prohibition. When the answer comesback wrong, you can see which of the four failed.

I wrote the prompt collections people still copy. A hundred and fifty thousand students later, I would not teach it that wayagain.
