Li Xian Liu is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at James Cook University. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden anhand eines eigens zusammengestellten, umfangreichen Datensatzes an Strukturmaßnahmen Hinweise auf eine Verwendbarkeit von Börsenkursen des deutschen Kapitalmarktes im Rahmen einer Abfindungsbemessung abgeleitet. Dafür werden verschiedene Kriterien herangezogen, beispielsweise die Informationsverarbeitung des Börsenkurses der Zielgesellschaft, die Liquidität der Aktien sowie ein bestehender Konzerneinfluss.
