Dieser Band widmet sich dem inneren Gesichtsgefühl als bestimmendes Phänomen der Poesie und Theorie der Malerei der Russischen Moderne. Einen Bogen spannend von der Ikone über den Suprematismus bis zur Gesichtslosigkeit der Gulag-Konzentrationslager untersucht die Studie das Gesicht, ausgehend von einer inneren taktilen Sensibilität. Das Gesicht stellt einen Übergangsbereich dar an der Schnittstelle zwischen dem Optischen und dem Taktilen. Identität gründet sich auf die Vorstellung vom Gesicht, wie es aus der Distanz von anderen gesehen wird. Gleichzeitig ist es untrennbar mit dem Nervensystem verbunden: Es wird fortwährend mit jenen Organen des Kopfes - Muskeln, Zunge, Haut - empfunden, die Distanz aufheben. She has advised institutions including the ECB and EBRD and publishes widely on corporate sustainability and financial regulation.
 Konstantinos Serdaris
 is Assistant Professor of European Economic Law at Utrecht University. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute and is a qualified lawyer. His research focuses on EU financial and capital markets law, and he is the author of the book&nbsp;

Neben der vom Bundesverfassungsgericht festgeschriebenen Verwendung des Börsenkurses als Untergrenze für die Bemessung der Kompensation steht der Börsenkurs insbesondere seit der neuesten BGH-Entscheidung auch als alleiniger Maßstab vermehrt in der Diskussion. 

In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden anhand eines eigens zusammengestellten, umfangreichen Datensatzes an Strukturmaßnahmen Hinweise auf eine Verwendbarkeit von Börsenkursen des deutschen Kapitalmarktes im Rahmen einer Abfindungsbemessung abgeleitet. Dafür werden verschiedene Kriterien herangezogen, beispielsweise die Informationsverarbeitung des Börsenkurses der Zielgesellschaft, die Liquidität der Aktien sowie ein bestehender Konzerneinfluss.
