Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2025 im Fachbereich BWL - Bank, Börse, Versicherung, Note: 1,4, Cologne Business School Köln, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Gegenstand der vorliegenden Masterthesis ist die Untersuchung der Möglichkeit zur Bestimmung des inneren Werts einer Aktie mittels eines vereinfachten Bewertungsmodells, das auf öffentlich verfügbaren Informationen basiert. Die Relevanz zur Schaffung eines neuen Modells liegt in der Tatsache, dass die derzeit bestehenden Modelle entweder nur durch komplizierte Verfahren und durch den Zugang zu nicht-öffentlichen Insiderinformationen realisierbar sind oder aber zu einfach gehalten sind und zu wenig Faktoren berücksichtigen, um den inneren Aktienwert realistisch einzuschätzen. 

Das entwickelte Modell gründet auf etablierten Ansätzen der Geschäftsmodell- und Branchenanalyse. Das Business Model Canvas liefert einen strukturierten Überblick über das Geschäftsmodell, während die Branchenstrukturanalyse nach Porter dabei hilft, die Wettbewerbssituation zu erfassen. Daraufhin erfolgt ein Vergleich mit Vergleichsunternehmen, bei dem insbesondere das Trailing-KGV und diverse Bilanzkennzahlen herangezogen werden, um eine erste Einschätzung zur Bewertung des zu analysierenden Unternehmens zu erlangen. Abschließend werden konjunkturelle Einflüsse berücksichtigt, um jene Marktrisiken und -chancen zu reflektieren, die vom Aktienmarkt möglicherweise noch nicht vollständig eingepreist sind. 

Methodisch konzentriert sich die Arbeit auf eine Sekundärforschung, in der öffentlich verfügbare Unternehmensdaten, Branchenstatistiken und makroökonomische Indikatoren qualitativ ausgewertet werden. Aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen wird ein eigens entwickeltes Bewertungsmodell abgeleitet, bei dem ein angepasstes Trailing-KGV (postafKGV) als Schlüsselfaktor fungiert. Dazu wird das Trailing-KGV mithilfe zweier Adjustierungsfaktoren (α für bilanzielle Korrekturen und β für die konjunkturelle Einschätzungen) multipliziert, um ein angepasstes Trailing-KGV zu erhalten.
