'Development of a Supranational European Corporate Legal Form: The Example of the European Company (Societas Europaea)': This thesis traces the long legislative history of the European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) and examines further supranational EU corporate forms (EEIG, SCE, SPE, SUP, SES). A comparative law analysis of the SE in France, Bulgaria, Austria, and Liechtenstein demonstrates that, despite fundamental comparability, genuine uniformity has not been achieved. The development of supranational European corporate forms remains an unfinished evolutionary process whose history remains relevant.
