'The Delisting Offer Solution Pursuant to Section 39 (2) and (3) BörsG. Issues of Interpretation and Potential for Reform of an Interest-Based Compensation System': Recent factual and legislative developments have added yet another chapter to the contentious saga of delisting regulation. Against this backdrop, this thesis examines the existing gaps in investor legal protection in relation to delisting offers and proposes a reform to the valuation of listed shares capable of universal application. The proposal strengthens the legal protection of investors going forward and ensures a balance of interests between the parties involved.
