'Data Sharing by the Domestic Intelligence Service for the Purposes of Administrative Legal Protection: A Constitutional Analysis': Constitutional issues concerning data transfers in the security sector primarily focus on the relationship between intelligence services and the police. In Germany, however, security is also safeguarded by general administrative authorities, for example through licensing regimes such as firearms law. These authorities often rely on data transmitted by the domestic intelligence service. The thesis analyses the constitutional possibilities and limits governing such transfers.
