'Constitutional Framework of the German Educational Systems Since 1919': The author examines the right to education in Germany based upon the national German law. She describes the historical development in the five different political systems in Germany since 1919: i. e. Weimar Republic, Nazi Germany, Allied-occupied Germany, GDR, and FRG. In each system she discusses the stages of education: i. e. family, pre-school, school, university education, vocational education, and adult education.
