Business Ethics in East Asia

The role of business ethics in organisations and management is crucial. This book examines the consequences of institutionalizing business ethics in Asia in both contemporary and historical contexts, and draws comparisons to better ground business ethics literature. Using cases from Japan, Korea and China, this book shows that Asian regions have tried to balance their traditional norms and values of business ethics with those from the West.
