 In der 2. Auflage wurden alle Kapitel überarbeitet und die Terminologie von „E-Business“ auf „Digital Business“ umgestellt. Aktuelle Themen wie z. B.  Die Zielgruppen
 
 Die Zielgruppe sind zum einen Praktiker, die sich mit dem Gedanken einer Unternehmensgründung in der Digitalen Wirtschaft befassen bzw. Gründer, die bereits in solchen Unternehmen arbeiten. Dazu gehören auch Vertreter von Mittelstand und Industrie, die über Inkubatoren oder Acceleratoren den Anschluss an die Startup-Szene suchen bzw. in den eigenen Unternehmen über Innovations- bzw.
