Wahlbeeinflussung durch politisches Microtargeting

'Political Microtargeting and Election Interference': This thesis examines the advertising technology of political microtargeting, which enables the tailoring of political advertisements to the needs of citizens based on personal data. It analyses the existing regulatory framework under international, EU, and German law and demonstrates that, in light of the risks posed by political microtargeting, significant regulatory shortcomings remain. These deficiencies are particularly detrimental to the legal interests underpinning democratic political communities.
