'Corporate Responsibility. The Duty to Respect Human Rights in Supply Chains and Digital Spaces': In both the digital sphere and in supply chains, companies face due diligence obligations to protect human rights. This doctoral thesis examines, based on the provisions of the Liefer-kettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the Digital Services Act (DSA), how the design of corporate human rights responsibility differs across these regulatory areas and whether synergies and potential benefits can be identified through a comparative analysis.
