»Implementation Challenges of the Flora-Fauna-Habitat Directive. With Special Consideration of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries«: For long the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries land use has been scarcely present in European environmental law, but has gained importance as a result of the enforcement of the Habitats Directive by the ECJ. In this context, the paper investigates the regulation of agricultural, forestry, and fisheries by the Habitats Directive. Herefore it examines how the conflict between land use and nature conservation can be resolved within the framework of the Directive.
