'Criminal Procedural Issues Regarding Data From so-called ¿Anom Chat Forums¿': By an exemplary Use of so-called Anom chat forums, this study examines the extent to which evidence collected abroad can be used in domestic criminal proceedings. The study also focuses on a critical examination of domestic investigative powers in the context of telecommunications and the domestic doctrine of the prohibition of evidence. It also examines whether German authorities are permitted to collect and utilize telecommunications data in a similar manner.
