Runica manuscripta: Die nordische Tradition

This is the first systematic study of the corpus of Nordic runic manuscripts within and outside Scandinavia in the period from approx. 850 CE to the 20^th century. This includes nearly 300 manuscripts. It aims for completeness, paying particular attention to the graphemic documentation. In addition, the entries are accompanied by detailed literary and cultural scientific commentary.
