Gurvy Kavei  is a Lecturer and former Head of Department at the University of Namibia. An expert in change management and economic development, he is a seasoned researcher, consultant, and doctoral supervisor with extensive experience in both public and private sectors across the Global South.

Sharon V. Tjiueza  is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Auditing, and Income Tax at the University of Namibia.
