Polizeirecht und Verfassungsrecht in der alten Bundesrepublik (1949 bis 1990)
Von den "Bonner Beschlüssen" als Störfaktor zum Polizeirecht als konkretisiertem Verfassungsrecht
'Police Law and Constitutional Law in the Federal Republic of Germany (1949-1990) - from the ¿Bonn Decisions¿ as an obstacle to Police Law as concretized Constitutional Law': The study examines how the Basic Law's structural constitutional principles shaped the police and police law in West Germany. It shows that this field of law and administration was neither conceived entirely anew nor simply a continuation of older traditions. Rather, constitutional law gradually asserted itself through the interplay of legislation, (constitutional) adjudication, and police practice, so that police law ultimately came to be understood as concretized constitutional law.
