Ihr Ziel ist es, das Verständnis für die Normforderungen zu erhöhen und Anregungen für deren unmittelbare Umsetzung zu geben. Teil A : Übersicht über die ISO 50001:2018 und die energetische Bewertung

In Teil A liefert die Broschüre zunächst eine detaillierte Übersicht über die ISO 50001:2018 und fasst die Forderungen der einzelnen Normabschnitten gut verständlich zusammen. Des weiteren widmet sie sich eingehend dem Herzstück der ISO 50001, der energetischen Bewertung. Sie erläutert die Begriffe "significant energy use" (SEU), "energy performance indicator" (EnPi) und energetische Ausgangsbasis (EnB). An dieser Stelle werden normkonforme Lösungsbeispiele zur Analyse des Energieverbrauchs und zum Finden und Bewerten von Einsparpotenzialen gezeigt und in der Praxis aufkommende Besonderheiten und Fragestellungen im Detail erläutert.
Teil B: Auflistung, Erläuterung, Beispiele für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Forderungen der ISO 50001

Teil B unterstützt bei der Umsetzung der Normforderungen in die Praxis und bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Audits. Hierzu werden die Anforderungen der ISO 50001:2018 tabellarisch in verständlicher Form aufgelistet und weiter erläutert. Die erste Spalte fasst den Wortlaut der Norm zusammen während die zweite Spalte die Anforderungen interpretiert und erläutert. Die dritte Spalte liefert Dokumentationsbeispiele, die zeigen, wie die Umsetzung der Norm nachgewiesen werden kann. Die Tabelle wird als Word-Dokument mitgeliefert. So kann sie an individuelle Gegebenheiten angepasst und als Grundlage für ein internes Audit verwendet werden.
