We can build systems that grow attendance, automate connection, and optimise ministry workflows. But if the ones who lead no longer love like Jesus, then we are nothing more than religious machines producing spiritual emptiness.
The Church wasn't saved by efficiency, it was saved by a Servant.
We must reclaim a leadership formed not by celebrity, metrics, or performance, but by humility, presence, and compassion. Because when love disappears from leadership, Jesus disappears from the Church.
