 is currently an independent researcher. He received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Tabriz University and his Master's degree from Atatürk University. His master's thesis focused on Central Asian energy policies and energy security. He completed his Ph.D. in Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul University in 2023.
