'Inside Information Preceding State Decisions': The thesis explores how insider law applies to state decisions as protected processes under the EU Market Abuse Regulation. In particular, it examines whether and at which intermediate step inside information may arise throughout private law court proceedings, antitrust investigations and trials, financial reporting review proceedings, and criminal cases, and how long issuers may delay the ad-hoc disclosure of such inside information.
